Running & Breathing Technique Workshops
Running & breathing technique coaching can improve energy efficiency, reduce the risk of injury and improve performance for all runners.
The main aim of Pilates is to condition and strengthen deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and overall strength. Pilates helps to improve overall body strength, improves flexibility and mobility which in turn reduces the risk of injury.

Running Programmes & Sessions
My 0-5k running programme are available on-line and in-person. This programme includes an easy to follow 6 week training plan, Pilates for runners videos, running technique videos with a bonus feature of coaching audios to take with you on your walk/run sessions to support you every step of the way.

Wednesday Interval training running sessions are on at 7.30pm. Open to all running levels and newcomers are always welcome to join in. These sessions include running technique and breathing coaching. All sessions are in the Iverk showfields Piltown, Co. Kilkenny

I offer Pilates classes with a special emphasis on mobility, flexibility, stretch and strength, walk/run programmes, running technique coaching, breath coaching to deal with stress and anxiety as well as breathing for sport to improve performance.
