What I do
The main aim of Pilates is to condition and strengthen deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and overall strength. Pilates helps to improve overall body strength, improves flexibility and mobility which in turn reduces the risk of injury.

Running Programmes & Sessions
My 0-5k running programme are available on-line and in-person. This programme includes an easy to follow 6 week training plan, Pilates for runners videos, running technique videos with a bonus feature of coaching audios to take with you on your walk/run sessions to support you every step of the way.

Wednesday running sessions are at 9.45am and 7pm. Open to all running levels and newcomers are always welcome to join in. Both sessions include running technique and breathing coaching.
I offer a variety of programmes for corporate organisations, sports clubs, and schools.

I offer Pilates classes with a special emphasis on mobility, flexibility, stretch and strength, walk/run programmes, running technique coaching, breath coaching to deal with stress and anxiety as well as breathing for sport to improve performance.
