It is so important for athletes, team sports players, triathletes, cyclists and equestrian club members to complement their training programmes. My training as a Pilates and Running technique Instructor gives me the knowledge and understanding to provide running technique and posture, stability, flexibility, mobility and strength exercises to reduce the risk of injury and form a solid foundation for all disciplines.
I work with local clubs, including Piltown Juvenile GAA Club, Carrick on Suir Dippers Swimming Club, Piltown Foroige and the Tipperary Pony Club, providing Running programmes and Pilates sessions.
