Local Pilates classes are in Clever Clogs Afterschool studio in Fiddown! My classes focus on specific standing and mat exercises to strengthen, stabilise and mobilise to reduce the risk of injury and balance out the body where needed. As a runner I find Pilates has made a huge difference to my performance and recovery. It subtly builds up key smaller muscles that support my movement reducing the risk of injury and helping me to run more efficiently. These classes will also focus on functional and dynamic movement exercises with a special focus on mobility, flexibility, stability, core and overall strength. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

Monday:
9.45am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm
Men’s only class: 8.30pm
Tuesday:
9.45am and 10.45am
Thursday:
9.45am, 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
