My Pilates Classes focus on postural alignment, mobility, flexibility, activation and strength, with a special focus on:
- Core strength
- Joint and hip mobility
- Overall flexibility
- Posture and alignment
- Breath and mindful movement
Suitable for all fitness levels, each exercise can be adapted and advanced as needed. I also use Pilates rings and various resistance bands to vary the classes.

My outdoor classes focus on specific standing and mat exercises to strengthen, stabilise and mobilise to reduce the risk of injury and balance out the body where needed. As a runner and running technique coach I understand the need to add these exercises to your weekly running programme. It has made such a difference to my own training. I find Pilates has made a huge difference to my performance. It subtly builds up key smaller muscles that support my movement reducing the risk of injury and helping me to run more efficiently. These classes will also focus on functional and dynamic movement exercises with a special focus on improving proprioception.
