How we breathe is everything!
I am an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor and I can teach you how to breathe better at work, in school, at home and in your chosen sport. How we breathe affects our minds, our bodies and our ability to deal with our daily lives.
Oxygen Advantage training helps you to develop a higher tolerance to carbon dioxide, leading to an increase of oxygen flow to your tissues, muscles and organs during sport and any activity. It helps to calm the mind and improve concentration and focus.
I now incorporate Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques and exercises into all my running and Pilates classes. Combining these three powerful practices results in improved fitness, movement and endurance in all sports and daily activities.
