The main aim of my Chi Running Technique Workshops is to help runners move more efficiently to reduce the risk of injury. All runners, triathletes and team sports athletes should be aware of their running technique and their breathing rhythm.
A few subtle changes can make such a difference to your running. I provide video analysis to bring awareness to your running form.
We focus on your running posture, breathing, arm swing, stride length, and optimal cadence.
This will bring balance and stability into your running technique and help reduce impact and stress.
I give lots of technique tips on how to tackle both up and down hills to take the load off your legs.
I want you to come away with the tools to bring fluidity into your running form, being more aware of how you rub and to give you the sense of how to increase your speed with ease.
This workshop is a Saturday session. You will receive an individual video analysis plus a coaching audio to help you practice the Chi Running technique on your own runs.
