Build Your Own Running Plan
The Build Your Own Programme includes:
A 6, 8 or 10 week plan with a variety of structured running sessions to build up your distance, improve your endurance and pace
- Running technique coaching, warm up, cooldown routine video
- Videos with Pilates for runners (mobility, flexibility, stability, strength and stretch) videos to help you to move better, feel stronger and reduce the risk of injury
- An initial email or zoom/phone call to discuss your plan with the option of another call during the programme to stay motivated and focused on your goal.
- Run with Emer coaching audios to take with you on your runs to coach and support you with a focus on running technique and running with ease.
- Running tracker to print off and complete as you go
Please complete the fitness and health screening form when you sign up for the programme. It is important to know you are physically ready to follow the plan.
