My pre-recorded Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, just take it at your own pace and enjoy.

These Pilates classes are 30 minutes and yours to keep and practice as often as you wish.

My aim is to ensure you will safely improve  your overall mobility, flexibility, stability and strength. I want you to feel loosened out, invigorated, calm and strong after each class.

I focus on postural alignment to balance your body and ease tension and stress. I also focus on functional breathing as well as functional movement.
