My 0-5k programme has successfully helped hundreds of people to reach their 5k goal and beyond. This is a tried and tested programme, consisting of 6 weekly contact sessions, with 2 homework sessions and lots of motivation and support.

 During each contact session I focus on:

  • Running technique coaching 
  • Warm-up, loosen out, cooldown and stretch
  • Gradually building up run/walk intervals 
  • A focus on building endurance not pace (plenty of time for that post 5K!)
  • Runner specific Pilates strength exercises
  • Breathing technique
  • Group support and motivation 
  • The common goal of running 5k continuously by week 6 depending on the chosen programme

Suitable for beginner and lapsed runners.
