My life took a whole new direction when I decided to use my years of teaching and train as a fitness and Pilates instructor and running coach.

I trained as a Chi Running technique coach. I am truly passionate about how we run and obsessed with the importance of good running form. I want to keep running injury free for as long as I can, and I want to help other runners to do the same.

In 2020 I qualified as a Running Technique Coach level 1&2 with The Movement & Running School in London to give me a deeper insight into good running form and biomechanics. I am currently completing my training to become an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor.

2020 is a milestone year for me, turning the big 5-0! But hey that’s ok,  I truly believe, no matter what age you are or what your fitness background may be, Pilates and Chi Running are the perfect combinations to staying strong, mobile, flexible and moving forward. It has worked so far for me and so it can work for you too.
