Pilates Classes

The main aim of Pilates is to condition and strengthen your body. It helps to improve core strength and improves flexibility and mobility which reduces the risk of injury and helps you to move better in your chosen sport am every day time.

Practice Pilates in your own time with my online pre-recorded classes.

My online virtual running packages contain tried and tested running programmes and are available NOW!

5k, 10k, 10miles, half marathon and full marathon plans tailored to suit your schedule and your fitness level.

These programmes include easy to follow training plans, Pilates for runners videos, running technique, warm up, cooldown and stretch videos. Plus a bonus feature of coaching audios to take with you on your run. I will be coaching and motivating you virtually every step of the way.

Corporate/Clubs/Schools

I offer a variety of fitness programmes for corporate organisations, sports clubs, and schools. In-person outdoor options are now available!

For the last two years I have coached the Tipperary Pony Club in preparation for the national Tetrathlon competition I have also coached Mooncoin Celtic AFC u14 and u16 girls and Piltown Juvenile GAA teams running technique and breathing on the pitch. The aim is to move better, run better to reduce the risk of injury and improve energy efficiency and pace.

These programmes include Pilates and functional movement classes, running technique and distance programmes to help you move better and feel better. oxygenadvantage breath training to cope with stress in every day life and to improve sports performance.

I can tailor a programme to suit the needs of your staff, students and members.
